Fellow Travelers

We are all negotiating a path in life bordered by fire and raging waters while being chased by fierce murderers and hungry beasts. A narrow white path appears crossing through the fire and raging waters. Beckoning from the other shore is Amida Buddha, and encouraging you to cross the white path on this shore is Sakyamuni Buddha. Our lives captured in this image describes the precarious crossing necessary to gain entry into a life of peace, harmony and joy. By deeply listening to the Dharma the white path grows wider and we are more comfortable in walking over to the other shore. Dharma thoughts are provided by fellow travelers for you.

Hard is it to be born into human life, now we are living it.

The opening line of the "Three Treasures."
