DHARMA RECOVERY

The primary purpose of Dharma Recovery is to offer a Buddhist inspired path to recovery from unhealthy attachments of all kinds...any unhealthy thing we do to calm ourselves or escape the pain of the present.  In Shin Buddhism, we are invited to self-reflection and come to realize a life in which the Buddha’s Wisdom and Compassion can bring awakening in the midst of everyday difficulties.

All are welcome. You do not have to be Buddhist or sober to attend. We meet once a week, either via zoom or in person, to share our experience, strength and hope. And to learn to live one day at a time from a Buddhist perspective. Email vbtdharmarecovery@gmail.com to join the mailing list and for the meeting link.
